» A balanced Committee: A motion in Committee needs a “second” before it can be publicly discussed and then voted on. A party block vote of 4 of the 5 Committee seats denies the “second”, stifles public discussion, and kills the vote.

» An ordinance creating an open and fair appointment process for standing committees and boards.

» A pay to play ordinance to ensure that campaign contributors don’t get special treatment.

» Broadcast of Township Committee meetings over public access TV.

» Improving pedestrian safety in our neighborhoods.

» Reducing and calming traffic.

» Adding open space aggressively.

» Preserving the character and  pride of our neighborhoods.

» Improving parks and  athletic facilities.

» Developing a comprehensive assessment of the  flooding and standing water problems  that affect our neighborhoods.

» Morris Township is preparing their input to the State Development and Redevelopment Plan’s Cross Acceptance process. The public should be informed of the "planning area" designations recommended for each of their neighborhoods and citizen input should be incorporated into the Township's plans.
