Here are the facts…
Mancuso was president of Morris Township Day, Inc., the “charity” that ran
the Township carnival as a fund-raiser. From 1990 – 2007, under Mancuso’s
leadership, the group:
> Operated it as a charity organization when it really was not.
> Failed to report its income and expenditures, as required by state law.
> Failed to pay federal and state taxes on the carnival proceeds.
> Failed to completely reimburse the Township for its use of Township personnel.
> Failed to show where the carnival proceeds went and who benefited.
The Carnival abruptly shut down
in April 2007 while under investigation.
Don’t give Peter Mancuso
the chance
to mismanage
Morris Township government.
